Took a 3 day trip to Mount Hutt at the end of the season, they had the best snow of all the mountains in the South Island.
I didn't take too many photos here, the town of Methven was very strange, a large farming community surrounded the area which gave the town a eerie edge....
Skiing was good WHEN they were able to open the mountain, the winds here were gale force most of the time, so we felt lucky to get two half days on the slopes.
