Found our way through Houston to the Johnson Space Centre. It occupies more than 1,600 acres & employs more than 14,000 people. It is home to Mission Control for all space missions & is also where astronauts are trained & NASA program's are managed. Everything here is real. We did a tram tour of some of the grounds, they take you past Mission Control, through the training centre & to the Saturn V rocket. We spent nearly 5 hours here as it was so interesting.

After leaving there we travelled down to Galveston & camped at the ferry terminal that takes you over to Port Bolivar. We'll be catching the ferry in the morning.
