Went to the Roswell UFO museum this morning, absolutely amazing but still none the wiser ( was there a UFO?).

Called in at Carlsbad Caverns, after having worked at Jenolan Caves in NSW for a couple of years & done quite a few tours of their caves, we weren't sure whether to even do a tour but were so glad we did. They were nothing like Jenolan, still had stalactites & stalagmites, but that's where the similarities ended. An elevator shaft takes you 750ft down under the surface which takes a minute. The cavern is 1.5 miles long & covers 8.2 acres, & it is a self guided tour which takes approx 1.5hrs, with a national park pass it was free to go through. It was well worth going doing.

Camped at Guadalupe mountains national park campground, very windy, a red flag alert was out for the wind in the afternoon & evening.
