Up early this morning, we must be getting used to the weather we actuall put a blanket over uslast night.
Breakfast the staff are hopeless, poached eggs were ordered from the menu... dont know how to do them, I nearly asked let me in the kitchen, Helen wanted pancakes... same, in the end Helen had baked beans on toast and she ended up eating the toast ! baked beans were obviously not Heinz, too posh she must be for normal beans.
Anyway, 2 1/2 hours on a normal service bus (Chicken bus as its described) and then transfer to another one for 1 1/2 hours, but that did not turn up, so we grabbed a taxi, 15 people in a tx big enoug for 12
Anyway get to next place and we have 5 hours here, so quick lunch (Helen actually ordering Thai food now (prefers it) whilst donna went for a Jacket Potato !!!(normal food)
Guided tour around the Temples by our trusted guide and we are back again to the "hotel" for a quick swim in the swimming pool before setting out at 6.30 pm for a 11 hour overnight rain journey.... mmmm... this is going to be interesting ! Will report in the next few days how we got on !
I have a load of photo's to upload from yesterday and today, but this computer seems to not regognise my camera, so sorry folks you will have to wait....
p.s. came face to face (well within touching distance of our first Elephants today... wow ! You dont argue with on of those on the roads, Elephants always seem to have right of way !
