As eli wasnt going to england anymore, we decided to travel some of colombia together.
we went with he friend (lady diana) to manizalles, where she used to stud.. we took anothe ove night bus.. which i have now decieded i hate as i cant get an ounce of sleep, but anyway thats what the gils prefered.
we walked around the city when we arried, got some breakfast, Emponadas, my favorite, and then looked to organise a tour to the mountains that surounded the city, the next day..
it was an early start on wednesday, as we had a two hou drive up into the mountains...
as we went higher and highe it got colde and colder.. i hadnt anticipated it being that cold as it was colombia afteall.. but there was snow there so it was boloody freezing!
it was great to walk aound the mountain areas, and it was funny to watch eli in the snow, as they dont really get it here!.. convese i have decided are probably the worst shoes to wear in cold weathe, i couldnt feel my feet! but hey.,... i looked cool, right?
it was quite tiring walking at such atltitude 4500 meaters, so when we got back to hostel we relaxed and watched tv fo awhile..
in the evening i went to get some food (emponadas again) alone, and had my first real convesation in spanish, where we both undestood eveything that was said, i was relaly poud of myself!
