Arrived at 1am after coming from Dong Daeng through Pakse - bit buggered.  Went to some great caves the next day - one discovered only 3 years ago half way up a cliff by a local looking for swallow's nests - with over 300 Buddha statues in between the stalactites.  It's now been turned into a holy shrine.
