After dumping my backpack, I took a quick walk down the waterfront promenade to see the famous Trojan horse that was donated after being used for the movie "Troy." It looked pretty authentic and the kids were having fun playing around it.

The town is pretty small with not much to do but we were just using it as an overnight stop anyway. I listened to cats screeching all night but still was just glad to be able to lie flat and not be sitting on the bus. We left early the next morning for the ancient ruins of Troy.
