Sorry this blog is so late.  But we made it back to Houston nice and safe and it was a spectacular amazing trip.  Can't wait to go back a FEW times next year

We left the villa around 9:30am and headed to Cabo.  One of our favorite cities.  We first went to Mi Casa restaurant ( ) where we had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding in 2006.  Like the norm for the trip we were the only ones in the entire place.  We ordered a marg, pacifco and sopes (like we had at our rehearsal dinner).  Truly delicioso.  Of course we had to buy some things in the gift shop, and then headed out.

Next we went to "The Office" restaurant ( ) which is located on the beach in Cabo.  Really fun place.  We got there around 12 and the place was packed.  WHY?  Because they had Carnival Cruise line Splendor of the seas anchored in the bay.  There were plenty of fanny packs, cruise wear shirts, sandals with socks, bright red sunburns, and the guide with the little flag.  I think I witnessed a woman getting a henna tattoo, smoking Marlboro reds,  while she purchased an authentic Aztec leather bracelet for $40 from a 10 year old boy.  What a deal.  What a bunch of silly American tourists.  Just kidding.  We had lunch and I participated with the band singing and playing guantanamera.  Now I am one of those silly American tourists!!!  Amy F. we heard you love this song.  he he he.

Time was running short to catch our flight.  So we headed out to the airport to catch our 3:45pm flight.  We were running short on time so we did not fill up half the tank on the rental car but boy did we pay for it at the rental agency.  1/2 a tank cost us $50!!!!  Not pesos, DOLLARS.  I told you I could have bought that damn Nissan sub-compact that could barely fit a coke can inside.

Flight was delayed, of course, by an hour.  So that gave us time to shop some more and Courtney bought me 2 bottles of 1L Clase Azule Tequila.  Probably the best tequila in the world, and you can not buy it in the states  Not sure what is better the taste or the awesome bottle.

We finally got on the plane and made it back to the states.  Took us 90 minutes to get thru customs and take the shuttle to our car.  Then 45 min to the house.  Finally made it back at 10:30pm.  What a packed day!  Nothin but the best!

We loved the villa and we will be back next year.  If you are REALLY interested let us know!  All in all, just a true spectacular trip.  Total relaxation!

Most of you have heard this song, but I think this totally sums up our total trip.

ADIOS EN VAYA CON DIOS!!!! (Goodbye and go with God!)
