We arrived in Panama City, to stay a few days and check out the city before Amy´s friend Lydia arrived.  First stop was Casca Viejo, which is the old colonial part of Panama.  Then we headed off to the Panamas old town ruins. We also ventured out to the Miraflores locks which is where boats travel through the Panama Canal.  It is one of many locks.

Panama City was interesting, but a few days was enough, so we packed our bags and flew to Boquette!  This is a small town at the foot of Volcan Baru.
