After an early breakfast we disembarked at our last stop, North Seymour Island. Here we saw frigatebirds, the blue-footed booby, and of course the many sea lions. Indeed, we saw a sea lion surfing the waves... quite a sight! The striking courtship display of the male frigatebird, in which he inflates a red balloon-like sac below his throat and struts his stuff for all of the young females, was hilarious. When a female flew overhead, the whole area errupted in an amusing coo-ing.
After our visit to North Seymour sailed back to Baltra Island to catch our plane back to the mainland.
A great time and one I would recommend to everyone. If are thinking of going to the Galapagos, please go. Itīs been one of the best weeks of my life! Amazing!
