Welcome to the travel blog of our upcoming European adventure. We thought we'd share some photos and experiences of the trip - I hope to keep this pretty up to-date, but the excitement of travel might make it a bit hard - we'll see how we go!. We've done plenty of driving and camping holidays here in Australia, but this'll be our first international one (well apart from 2 week in NZ in a campervan but that doesn't really cound as 'camping'!). In response to the usual 'are we there yet?' catchcry from the kids, I'll try and post a few photos and locations so that you can keep track of where we are . . . .
The excitement is building - most of our continental itinerary is sorted (I think). We'll basically be doing a loop around Western Europe, driving and camping as we go. Have got a few must see's on the list and have tried to incorporate them in the 'schedule', but if anyone has any suggestions, please feel free to send them in! I think we'll be reasonably flexible with our own transport and accommodation options arranged . . .
Anyway enough for now - roll on 26/8/2008!
