The last couple of days have been mainly stay at home days . Thomas and Henry came over again for 2 days with Granddad and Grandma for sleep overs. A good time to do a few jobs. Carol usually has a little to do list for Rick while we are here. He is slowly getting through it but nothing too pressing. In the afternoon Carol,Graham and the boys went for a visit to a place called Marsh Farm, an exciting place for kids to visit. . All the farm animals are there for the children to interact with. At the moment they can see lambs being born as well. Also pony rides for them, a great place for children, and learn while having fun.
Rick and I stayed home.  Rick tried to fix the tap in Charlie the day before without any success and the professionals were called in. So we stayed home and looked after the repair man. 3 hours and 3 cups of tea later all was fixed and in good order.Gosh he was a patient man.
Yesterday we did a bit of shopping, played with the boys and went for a visit to a nursery. Lovely place to walk around in. All the spring plants are coming out with the most brilliant colours. Everything here in the gardens looks so lovely and soft, lots of delicate leaves and flowers. The total opposite to home, they would never survive there.
The weather has been so so, sunny periods and showers. The temperature does not go over 12 much. Central heating throughout keeps us warm.
Today we are paying a visit to Graham's cousin who lives in Suffolk. Will be there for lunch and will probably go for a walk in the country. They say it is a pretty area so we are both looking forward to it.
First thing this morning we have to drive to the caravan place to pick up a crank handle for our awning and a couple of chairs we have bought. We will put the location in Basil Garmin and see if our updates we have put in work. All is ready to go for our trip to Europe. It has been a nice few days just staying home and enjoying everyone's company.
Sunny morning so far, a good start to our trip to the country.
