Sun 19th Feb
Spent the morning sorting out my bag for more clothes and paperwork to send back to the UK, as well as sending some emails and updating the blog, then caught up with Toby to find out what he had been up to and filling him in on our exploits (he seemed most excited about the turtle trip!)
Watched Revenge of the Sith to occupy the evening.
Mon 20th Feb
Walked to Hasting Street which runs parallel to the main beach in Noosa and its a lovely, quaint place similar to Marlow or Henley
Spent the afternoon at the resort pool, did some food shopping to make the most of the proper cooking facilities we have and watched the Winter Olympics, although Aussie TV irritates the hell out of me as you usually get an interval every 6-8 minutes for at least 3 minutes meaning each programme lasts twice as long as it should.
Tue 21st Feb
Spent the morning in bed, then on the internet, then after lunch we took a walk to the Noosa National Park, which is 1.4 KM out of town, then we followed the coastal path (No.4) to Alexandria Bay which is a 5.4KM route there and back. There were so many surfers, with loads of people seeming to appear after work and its a really pleasant route. Unfortunately, we stumbled across an unofficial nudist beach on the way!!!!
Our legs were aching by the time we got back to the resort, so we took a spa and spent the evening watching Australian Celebrity Come Dancing, which is hilarious.
Weds 22nd Feb
Updated the blog and updated pictures for three hours then took walk into town and spent evening watching Mr & Mrs Smith on DVD.

. There is clearly a lot of money in the area and its refreshing to be in a place off the usual backpacker trail.Spent the afternoon at the resort pool, did some food shopping to make the most of the proper cooking facilities we have and watched the Winter Olympics, although Aussie TV irritates the hell out of me as you usually get an interval every 6-8 minutes for at least 3 minutes meaning each programme lasts twice as long as it should.
