Where I stayed
Jude and Athols
After 128 nights travelling on Buses, trains, taxis, planes and boats through 9 countries, staying in 41 different beds, ranging from rat infested bamboo huts through to luxury resorts and a 5 star hotel, working our way through over 30 books each and several packs of cards and a lot of our hard earned savings we find ourselves back in relatively (civilized?) New York City, great to have the luxury of hot water and a washing machine, given that Hannah has been washing our clothes in the shower for the last three months this is a welcome change.
The last ten days of our trip was spent in East and Northern Honduras, we visited the 1500 year old ruined Maya city of Copan, famed for its ornate carving and what not. From there we headed up to the Caribbean coast and to a place called Trujillo and stayed at a hostel/bar know as Casa Kiwi, owned and run by a kiwi women from the heart of the king country
Anyway very low key finish to our big adventure
