Drove down from Queenstown to Te Anau. Stopped for dinner halfway - had beans and sausage with crusty bread. Yum yum!
Spent the afternoon looking round Te Anau - not too much to see here, just a normal town with the normal shops, though one specialised in possum pelts and products made from possums. Yuk!
Out for tea with G & T at a place called the Ranch. Rich had bangers and mash. Yep - the last issue I had with emigrating to NZ is finally solved. They do have good sausage! The Ranch advertised a jam session - this turned out to be one guy. Not too good.
