Hello,

Spent two days sailing on a junk boat in Ha Long Bay, it was very beautiful but very cold! Quite a shock after spending most of the last 4 months at over 30C.

Ha Long bay is a UNESCO natural heritage site, and consists of almost 2000 limestone islands. We booked our trip through the kangaroo cafe in Hanoi and I have to say our boat was absolutely lovely. The Ozzie owner of the cafe was also very helpful and told us which cab companies to use (Hanoi Taxis and CP) as the others have rigged meters to rip the tourists off.

Other than that it was two days spent chilling out on the boat, very nice indeed and a big difference from the crazy traffic on Hanoi.
