We took a bus to Caldera and then walked for approx 30 mins to the Caldera hot springs, they are situated on some Panamanians land and you pay them to go and use the natural springs.  There are three hot springs with different temperatures, the hottest was like a very hot bath and the coolest still really nice and warm, after the two hottest natural springs we took a dip in the river to cool off and let the white water massage our shoulders, this is the life !!

The people that own the land are really nice and it seems that the people in Panama in general are very friendly, we really like it here.

Rene has managed to talk Emily into going white water rafting, so when we got back from the hot springs we went and paid the company (Boquete Outdoor Adventure) for the privilage of being pretty scared.
