Cruising with my cruise family (28 days of fun)

Where I stayed
Hey everybody!! I have had a bunch of people ask me how I can go on such a long cruise and what you do for 18 days at sea. Well the obvious answer is that there is ping pong and shuffle board.....who could want anything more. The truth is this ship is full of fantastic and intriguing people. They are my cruise family. I eat with them, drink with them, dance with them and have great conversations with them all. I have two sets of cruise grandmas. Betty (or queen betty to us) and Mary are a lot of fun. We chat and eat together almost every day. They went with me on the exploration of Madagascar. I will have to post the picture when i can of our taxi (the guy had to put two mysterious wires together to start the car). Mayra and Lynn are the other two grandmas. We went to Durban, South Africa together and it turns out Lynn lives in Highland about 5 miles away from me. There are four new friends that work for Princess in Alaska during the summer. Dawn and Mahoney work at the Mount McKinley Wilderness lodge. Dawn spent the night last night on our balcony with us after a long night of the 50's and 60's sock hop dance (I have slept on the balcony several nights...its really nice under the stars). Mahoney and I are about 110-109 in ping pong so far (I of course would be the 110). Laura and Lori work for Princess at the Denali Lodge. Orlando is my roommate just like home (he's already part of the family) and Kristen and Kyle two of the dancers. Ronnie and Nancy are SWAT team cops from Dallas and we have had several parties on their Suite Balcony (they even have a guest bathroom for us commoners). Then of course there is Sammy. He's the piano player (who happened to be on the Crown Princess with me when it tipped). All I can say is he is a lot of fun. Anyway this is just a quick summary of the Family. With so many interesting people and 16 books how could you be bored????
