Sunday was a great amazing day. I woke up, recharged my phone and wandered to the zoo. This time unlike when i was here in the summer of 2007 i was able to wander around the zoo a little bit. I was sad because i couldn't see any of the other animals outside of the panda area.
Outside of the Panda Area
I once i went inside that panda area i saw a few other rare asian animals including a pair of monkeys and the zoo's very large very fat red panda. (I'm not sure if was really that big but it was totally twice as big as any red panda i have seen before.)Then for the super exciting part I went into the Olympic panda house. This is house with the 8 panda's that had been chosen to come and visit the Beijing Zoo from Wolong. (Wolong for those of you that don't know was one largest panda reservations in China). I was only able to see a couple because most of the panda's were sleeping. Although there were a couple panda's were awake. ^^
Yay!
They were awake and wandering around the area. Monday i felt a little sick when I woke up. That afternoon I went to the doctor to have her check out my foot and they discovered that i had a fever of 103.6 or so. At that point the doctor decided to put me on IV antibiotics for a week. I spent a week in bed watching TV and focusing on trying to get better. By Thursday my fever was down, and today (Friday) i was allowed to go home.

ummm.... I miss talking to you all the time.
I'm off to London in a week and a half!
This is my last day of work... i know I wanted to tell you something else...
