Well, the weather finally broke and we got just a beautiful day.  At least 25C, a little breeze  --  it was just perfect.  So we took advantage and had a big day.

First, we took the training wheels off Max's bike  ---  because he figured he could do it too.  AND NOW MAX IS RIDING HIS TWO-WHEELER TOO!!!  He is pretty excited, and spends a lot of his spare time bombing around.  He must be at 75rpm with this little bike!!

Then we explored the campground a little.  We rode bikes over to the playground; Max and I played bocce ball (he likes it, because basically you can throw stuff).  Then we rode down to the beach, and knew we had to come back for the afternoon.

After a lunch of mussels (thanks Edy), we put on swim suits and headed to the beach for the afternoon.  There is an ice cream hut right there  --  so, we had to have some.

The Summerside Lobster Carnaval was on, so headed to Summerside late in the afternoon.  We decided to have an early dinner, and headed to the Legion for their Lobster dinners (the kids had ham)  --  but both Max and Kyra had quite a bit of lobster too.

Then we went to the midway --  a little cheesy, but the kids had fun.  Kyra lived up to her daredevil reputation and went on the Pirate Ship ride.  She was the smallest on the ride by far  -- but she loved it!!  And then we went to the First Annual Summerside Rodeo  ...  we watched the Pole Races, which was fun for the first 10 riders ;)  ...

Then it was back to the campsites for a big fire and s'mores  ...   a great day all around.

WOW - CONGRATS MAX
That is amazing. Nothing like a big sister to show you the way eh! Congratulations to Max and the rest of you. Though I guess this means he can get away even faster now... ;)
