We got going pretty early, and made it to the ferry in time for the 11am crossing  ...  This means that we got across to PEI by 1230pm, and stopped at an Information Kiosk for lunch.  It was starting to rain a bit, so we were happy to see we found a covered table for our spread --- that worked until the rain started coming sideways, and the wind kept blowing out the barbecue.  But we persevered, and the burgers were great!!

But the best part of the day was ----- KYRA RODE HER BIKE WITHOUT TRAINING WHEELS FOR THE FIRST TIME!!  And not only that, but she has apparently already mastered it all:  starting, turning, stopping  ...  everything.  She is pretty happy. 
We got a little rain in the evening, so we gathered in our RV, and decided to watch that Robin Williams classic: RV.

CONGRATULATIONS
Just wanted to wish a HUGE congratulations to Kyra for learning to ride her bike! We all knew it would 'click' for her just as soon as she had a good opportunity to try it in a safe place. And it sounds like PEI is that safe place. CONGRATS Kyra - and yes, it does sound like Max may be following in his big sister's footsteps in the very near future!
