We hit our 1000 km 'mile'stone today on the way to the ferry to Sicily! Last night we stayed in a bamboo thicket behind a soccer field. Spent 10 euros getting our laundry done, turns out the lady dry cleaned everything. Smells like she smeared deoderant all over our dirty, smelly clothes. They feel worse than they did before. On to Sicilia!
