It is Peace Corps policy to notify local media when someone is becoming a volunteer. The DeKalb Chronicle came out on Thursday to interview us for a story. You can read it at http://www.daily-chronicle.com/articles/2006/05/06/news/anews01.txt It is a pretty good article and the picture really looks like us. The picture is so good that a couple stopped us when we were at a Cinco de Mayo celebration in downtown Sycamore. "Hey" they said, "weren't you on the front page of the paper today?" Ah, the life of a celebrity.
