May 30th - June 3rd

We didn't get it. We never saw a Big Apple although we looked high and low. We looked in the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, Wall Street (even in the Bull's mouth), Empire State Building, also Times Square but nothing doing. We also had a chance to go to Central Park, the new WTC, wear the I love NY shirt, stay at Waldorf Astoria, FAO Schwarz, Daniel's, and was hoping that we would have some luck since we went to Serendipity but none. No Big Apple at Serendipity just really great Frozen Hot Chocolate - yeah, there is such a thing! All in all, NY was unfortunately a tourist failure for us as if you can't find The Big Apple then you really haven't seen anything. Oh well, maybe next time we will be able to really experience NY.
