Adrian is know for being the geographical midpoint of Route 66. It is also known for the MidPoint Cafe. This one was recommended by many people and it was an excellant stop. We were told to talk to Fran and she was the first person we saw. She was a very nice lady that gave us great help and info. Apparently, Europeans got back on to 66 before Americans due to TV shows that are still running today. They use it as a way to see America because you see such a wide span of it. She also told us the good months to travel 66. September and October are good if you can do it. Summer is very hot and in the winter many businesses close down. All in all,  it was an excellant stop.
