Although the memorial isn't close to being finished, it is very impressive. Actually, the Presidents of Rushmore would all fit inside of the head of the Crazy Horse Memorial. It is massive. It's also all privately funded. They turned down 10 million dollars in federal money on a couple of occasions. This is also part of the reason that it is taking so long to complete. They have been working on it for 60 years and still have a very long way to go.
