As any of you Helena folks know, or anyone from the Northern Tier States, for that matter, winter has been interesting, to say the least.  We've been hoping to get back to Post Falls, Idaho to pick up Fiona, but to no avail.  We've been stuck in Helena.  Fortunately, both of us do enjoy the snow, seriously...

We've had a bit under seven feet of the white stuff in our yard, by my rough measurement.  I had cataract surgery on the eighteenth of February, so Lynn did a lot of the "snow relocation", as it were.  I was released last Wednesday, so we both were involved over the last few days.

I took a video of the back yard to give you an idea of how it looks.  I know that others around the country have received more snow and perhaps colder temperatures, but this is what we have.  The front yard is another story.

Thanks for stopping by again.  Soon, I'll be watching out for you with "new eyes."  Take care, amigos...

The video, as usual, is at:

"Enjoyed" the video. I used to like the snow too but only for a day or two. In Chicago snow is only white for a short time before city grime has its way with it. I'm likin' the mild northern California winters now. Will be going tent camping on the coast, soon. Take care and enjoy your newly reclaimed vision' Ralphie boyo.

Thanx for the look at the interior of Fiona that I asked for some time ago....I didn't know if you'd remember the request. She's really nice and spacious. 'Can't wait to see her in person.

No on

I don't like snow.looks well on you though.

Hope Lynn gets to put the snow shovel down soon. Spring is coming. I've been doing hop scotch scorpions lately, haven't done that for awhile. Must be similar to hearing the1st Meadow Lark in Helena. Both make me smile. I think spring happens a little sooner here. Lots of camping and hiking conversation between you and others on your travel pod. So, I am going to go camping in 4 weeks close to a state park in Arkansas. The tent has room service as it is on the 6th floor. I have my camp space reserved for 8 days, I will do a daily hike, 2 miles each way,
to Oaklawn Park and should get lots of stretching exercise reaching for my wallet at the window and the oyster bar.
Love you Ralph , say hello to Lynn for me.
