I just realized today that I've been whining about wind, heat and such and decided I'd end it. But, just one last whine to finish it all up.  SNOW!  I woke up just after sunrise in Logan to large, ugly flakes falling unabashedly from the heavens.  They had even accumulated on the grass to the point that it was WHITE!  Why did I drive nearly nine thousand miles through eleven states for four months to find snow on the ground?  It truly beats me.  I'm a "stay away until the grass is green and the frost is out of the ground" kind of a guy.

Anyway, I hadn't hooked up the water hose last night, at Lynn's suggestion, so getting unhooked was easy.  We drove into Pocatello to the RV dealership without trouble.......except for the relentless headwind.  We had stopped at the Welcoming Center and Lynn had picked up a new batch of maps and RV camping books on the way.

We found the RV Dealer without problems of any import, but found that the coach we wanted to see is, in fact, in their Idaho Falls dealership.   Hmmm...guess we'll have to wait another day.

Now we're at a spot where we stopped when traveling southward last January.  Then it was covered with snow and was well below freezing.  Today, the grass is greening nicely and the sun and clouds are very inviting.  There's a casino on the grounds, and you may remember that we made our "investments" back then.  We did so again today with the same results, but at a lower amount.

We had a nice dinner which will go un-described this time.  I haven't had any comments about our food lately, so I'll save a bit of bandwidth.

We'll go to the correct dealership tomorrow plus a second place and then head toward Dillon to visit our niece and her family.

Stay tuned for more, er, um, excitement...

I guess on the bright side, when there's snow on the ground you don't have to cut the grass ;0)
