After lunch and recuperating a bit, we drove to the Parker Dam. It's a bit unique in shape and is considered the tallest dam in the US. Sixty five feet of that height is underground, so it's not as impressive as you would imagine. There were a couple of caches in the area, so we sought them out
We walked back to the car and found a second one easily. Not in a dangerous spot and "spot on" in location.
The temperature is fine now, but the wind is gusting and having it's way with us. Not in a bad way, just the way that it does. The chill factor is down to about sixty-five degrees, so it's still tolerable with a jacket for those who live here.
