We stopped for lunch at a pull-out near a quarry and checked-out the remainder of our route here
We encountered much ore traffic as we started down the Columbia River. And, it got much hotter. I checked our elevation on the way and we were at about eight-hundred and fifty feet. Here, we're at less than seven hundred feet. As you must know, I'm very heavy into weather and such. The Droid surely feeds this addiction...er...um...I mean HABIT. Yeah.
We covered about two hundred miles of interesting country today. Lynn is relaxing in her collapsible rocker out in the shade and I'm where I am. I took one photo and a short video of the park here and will add them to today's edition. Thanks for checking in. And a special thanks to our hosts in Sandpoint and at the River. It's great to have friends and family. As I've said before, it's ALL about people and again, it's ALL good.
