Jaiselmer was one of many memorable places we visited. Probably far pleasanter than in pre monsoon torrid heat. Called the Pink City because of the many structures built with pink stone. Few tourists there.
My notes are very sketchy and I don't recall clearly what some of the photos were of
Our stay in Jaiselmer was rather brief. Think it deserves at least three or four days, especially in winter. Don't know what was pushing us on in some haste.
A young lady traveler in Khatmandu had highly recommended Jaiselmer as a place to visit so it was on our must see list. It lived up to expectations.

. Do remember that in photo 07 the group was an 'orchestra' playing traditional Rajisthani music. Probably for the benefit of a European tour group.
