"Arrived Pangboche 1200. Left Lobuche about 0800. Stopped for lunch. Another clear perfect day with views of the mts that I missed along the way while going N. Left Pangboche about 1230. Arrived Thyangboche 1345. Clouds obscuring most views. Just arriving at Thyangboche were 4 fisheries PCVs. Chris (& his brother), Mike & Marley. Arrived Namche Bazaar 1645. Stayed at International Footrest with 5 Fisheries PCVsa. The previous night there had been 14 of them there."

Note: I trekked from Lobuche to Namache in about nine hours. It had taken me four days to get from Namche to Lobuche. It's about conditioning from lower altitude to higher but maybe mostly about going uphill.
