Right so rocked into a hostel called Jungle Monkey late in the evening. Had only booked in the evening before, and they'd no dorm rooms left, but the lad i was chatting to sed they'd give me a double room and discount it for me seen as i worked for tubies for so long... ended up they gave it to me for free which was class of them :-)
I had a very relaxing couple of days here.. Spent a gudbita time at the beach which was about a 10 minute walk down throu parta the town. The backpackers itself was gift. There really were monkeys in the garden and it was a jungle sorta vibe.. had an outdoor jacuzzi and pool, and the bar was set up outside with wooden roofing - was entertaining running around in the rain, a nice challenge not to snot meself in the slippy mud, but all was good! Theyd a class viewing platform built up on the roof part of onea the structures as well so buzzed up on that for a while to admire the surroundings.
Saw a lota people kite surfing off the beach as well when i was down there - looked gift.. am still regretting the fact that i didnt get a chance to try that - woulda been for free and all - when i was in some place down the coast waaay earlier in my trip. Ah well, still good times had so fuk it! :-) More thumbnails ...
