I have made it to Krakow, Poland after being on trains for a total of six hours today! Dangggg. It was long, but I had the cabin all to myself for my second train, so I had a wonderful time singing and talking to myself. Hey, one gets lonely! I can only pray no one walked by and saw me... it must've been funny.

My hostel here in Krakow has mixed dorms, so it's quite strange walking into my room to find guys in all the bunks. I have yet to see a girl in there... oh boyyyyy. ha. *feel free to insert jokes here. And the room smells like cologne and right now and as I'm typing this, I am surrounded by guys watching some tv in Polish... I think? After a while, all the foreign languages tend to blend together. As bad as an impression as that may be, this hostel has your fun and safety as their number one priority. Upon arrival, the girl at the desk gave me a wristband to wear with the phone number and address of the hostel. How clever! Not as if I'm going to get lost or anything of the sort, but I thought it a very smart idea. She also sat down and showed me maps of where everything is. So helpful!! There are free vodka shots here (don't worry parental units, I have yet to have one!!) and there is also so much technology- dvds, videogames, wii. I'm not sure I'm actually going to want to go out and enjoy Krakow!! Haha. I wanted to do laundry tonight, but the girl said it would take 4 hours and I don't think I can stay awake that long!! I guess I'll have to wear the same underwear tomorrow... again... KIDDING!!

Could anyone pronounced your last name correctly?

Mom, I actually just told Kyle that!
Yup, the receptionist said it correctly right when I arrived. It's super nice!

Your Great Grandmother on my side of the family was born in Krakow.

You're near Bielsko-Biala. That's one of GR's sister cities. I think Biala-Podlaska is where either Dzaidzai or Busia is from too. not sure how close you are to there tho.

That sounds great :). Which hostel are/were you staying at?
