WEll I left Shinjuku for Nagoya on the higway bus. THe bus was nice. A double decker and lot of room! It took 6 hours to get to Nagoya. THe bus would stop every 2 hours for rest stops. But he would only stop for 10 mintues..so I had to be quick not to get left. It seemed that he would always leave after I came. Oopss.. At the end he put the messages in ENglish. The ride was fun. I woke up the first time and there were mountains outside!

I arrived in Nagoya around 7ish or so. Kazuno was waiting for me. It was good to see her again. she passed both of her examinations for her teaching certification and has to go to Tokyo the beginning of September for another part of the process..she has to sing and play the piano for the Elementary certification. Her house looks the same. It was nice to see her parents. THey bought me my own slippers cause they remembered I bought my own when I was there. How embarrassing. Her mom made a delicious meal. We had famous dishes from Nagoya. Pork ton katsu with miso sauce and then a noodle dish with peppers and sausage. It We had grapes for dessert. I forgot that Japanese people don't eat the skin of the grapes. I tried to just eat the insides..it is tricky. I showed them pictures of everyone back home to update them on their lives.

We went to bed around 11 p.m. cause we had to get up at like 6:30ish to get to the Expo early before the crowds.
