After getting into our room and falling asleep for three hours.  We awoke to it still light outside and whadoyaknow it's dinner time. So after a shower and a little nap we are on our way to walking around the city.

Our first stop was the front desk where we were in search of a place to buy a Sim card for Trisha's phone. So now believe it or not we have a number in Ireland. We stopped at one store first and ran into a schister, decided to continue walking and found a great guy that was real helpful and friendly.  Rachael likened him to a midget....I wouldn't go that far but he was cute enough to pick him up and just put him in your pocket.  Of course we are not giving it to you as this is for emergencys only :)

At the beginning of the walk we promised that we would not snap at eachother and the little sleep and a brand new city and not knowing where we are going .... lets be honest that can wear a person down and make them CRANKY! However succesfully we got the map found our way and we were off to find food and a refreshing adult beverage, without much of an incident.  If you don't count the time that I, Trish, got all excited and said, "Rachael, check it out, it's the River Liffey!!  This is so cool.  Hey take a photo.....Rachael?".  Trish looks to the right, she looks to the left.....Rachael is no where to be found.  When we did catch eyes she was half way down the block.  I guess I was on her wrong side.

Along the way we almost got ran over by the buses as the have no quams about running you over if you lag in the street too long. With that being said we passed by nearly a dozen pubs all with the intention of stopping but something else would always catch our eye.  We ended up heading into a restraunt/pub and had beef stroganauf and lamb something or other...divine!-----Then we got tired again, so we headed back and met our roomies.  Nice ladies that are a mother daughter team tracing their ancestry across Ireland and into Germany.

Please enjoy the photos and we will write more later when we can.
