London Day 2

Started the day by taking a wonderful free tour of the old part of London: the City. The tour covered:
1. Briefly the Tower and the Tower Bridge
2. HMS Belfast and the river Thames
3. Old Fish Market
4. The National Bank
5. St. Paul's cathedral
6. Millenium Bridge (a.k.a. Wobbly Bridge)
7. Temple, the lawer area
8. lots of interesting and funny commentaries
After the walk I walked to the Brittish Museum, which was an exciting and educational experience. I've covered only a small part of the huge museum:
1. Ancient Egypt and Greece
2. Roman and Celtic roots of Britain
3. Japan, from ancient to modern
After the museum I've met my friend Olga (who is also from Omsk), and we had lunch at Yo! Sushi, which was also a crazy experience: a huge conveyor belt carries bowls of sushi, you grab the ones you like.. Later we took a bus (double-decker) and Tube (subway) to the Canary Wharf, which is a new business area, full of skyscrapers and businessmen in fancy suits.
