Another Little Hitch in our Gitalong!

P.S. to the above: Looks like all's well that ends well.. basically, because they couldn't get a part to replace a tiny piece, they are replacing the entire axel and brake assemblies - at no charge. So, we will have a totally brand new - all except the tongue and main frame-tow dolly (original cost ~$1750, current cost ~$3100) for having spent about 3 days, several hundred miles worth of fuel, and a couple hundred bucks...not bad!
Well - I guess we spoke too soon in raving about the job that Roadmaster had done on our tow dolly a couple of weeks ago! Further investigation found that they'd made it look really pretty with the new fenders, mud flaps, etc., but hadn't done the "surgery" that we'd actually brought it in for - king pins and bushings! So, we're on our way back South - this time, instead of taking it to their Portland, Oregon "office", we're bringing it to the Vancouver, Washington plant where the work was actually done last time. We'll hang around this time to be sure all is done as expected. Not sure yet how things will go - we might got to our membership park in Chehalis, Washington, tonight (about an hour from Vancouver) if the tow dolly's ready for us to take with us, otherwise we'll try to find a place in Vancouver to park for the night. We've changed our plans for this weekend, too, and after we move on from this area with all problems solved (hopefully!), we're going to go to our membership park near LaConner, Washington, which is quite close to Skagit Speedway, where we plan to go see some racing on Saturday night. For now - we're on the road again!
