Our main aim was to get to the eiffle tower to go up and see the view from the top. We were going to get up early as we had been, but I guess sight-seeing day AND night had caught up with us.

So we got there and the que was no where near as bad as we thought. So we got to the top and it was another sunny, clear day so we could admire the whole city. Magic!

Even gave the distance of how far away we were from Wellington, NZ! was the furthest away of all the cities they had all over the world. 18,983km.

Another great tip from my sister was to try and get to the Luxemburg gardens. So we thought we would go and check it out. Jumped on a couple of buses to get there and it was another fab garden....very busy with locals and tourists enjoying it.

Grabbed some food and sat in the sunshine watching people go by. Then we wandered around and found the fountain/lake and watched a camera crew trying to sail toy boats for filming. We decided to spend the day in the garden and soak up the atmosphere of paris. Enjoyed a fresh, french crepe with a cup of coffee too....delicious! Must try making crepes when we get back home.

After a rest back at the hotel, we ventured down the CE for our last, late night dinner. We choose an Italian place.....and it was what we had been expecting to eat in Rome....wonderful!

It was sad to think we were leaving. But we both decided that if they win the bid to host the Olympic games 2012, we will come back!

Till next stop bustling London, UK.
