Day 93 Fort Thompson-Minneapolis:  Minnesota
We rolled The Castle out after breakfast and a relaxed sleep to head further across country eastward.
The country side became a blur of corn fields, hay fields, cattle ranges and other crops. They just kept coming at us, mile after mile. We changed direction to head north for a section to take in the City of Watertown, this allowed us some relief to the seemingly endless fields of crops, as well this rout took us past some lakes, which were a welcome relief to some tired eyes.
We parked by a lake for lunch, this gave us time to decided how far and what route we might choose for the remaining part of the day.
We chose to head to a new State (Minnesota) and make our journey end tonight in Minneapolis.
As you can see by the pin on the map we made it.
We must say the unending fields of corn and other crops did not have a State line delineation, they simply carried on through for mile upon mile, interspersed by small towns of sometimes less than a couple of thousand people.
We have arrived in the Southwest KOA and although it has a reasonable crowd it is comfortable. Much to Karon's delight we are close to a huge shopping centre and we "kinda" guess we may stall here for a couple of days to give this city a chance to show us what it has to offer. The brochures Karon returned with, from the office, suggest there is plenty to see and do around this part of the country.
Bonus time as well the internet works J maybe we can post some photos of our last short period of travel.
