We've included some photos of our time here, as we weren't able to send any via email.

Keith's thoughts:
Van towed well without the bikes on the roof! Arrived in Rockie after a little trouble finding the van park. We set up just before a big downpour. This didn't stop the girls getting straight in the pool though!

Keith slipped down the front steps of the office when he went to pay for an extra night's accommodation, hurting his hand, elbow and ego. He also limped around on a sore foot for a week after that.

We restocked groceries and settled in for a windy night.

The Peter Brock tribute at Yepoon was one of my "must do" experiences. Originally only I was interested, but we all went in. It was fantastic. Some of his genuine race cars, some replicas and many road cars. Light and sound show was amazing. The curator was very accommodating; he reckons this was the first time the Ford guy was the last one out!

We drove to Emu Park, a tribute to Captain James Cook, that has pipes that drone in the wind - a bit eerie.
