Yesterday was a weird one.  We did our first radio interview for Spirit FM.  We were in an actual studio speaking into microphones!  It wasn't until the host, Helen Catt, had posed her first question that we actually realised one of us was going to have to say something.  It went downhill from there.  I started talking about saving the children of the world and making sure life was more of a journey than a race to reach the destination (!!), the things one says when put on the spot.  Tune into Spirit FM for hourly updates on Sunday morning between 08:00-13:00 to hear how much of an idiot I am.

Today was spent fitting out the bikes and checking kit.  Polly transformed into Adolf to make sure that all kit was laid out and ticked off.  I sloped off to the garden to play around with pedal fittings and pannier racks.  At this point I would like to 'big up' GEARED BIKES' who have been amazing in helping us prepare.  Pete and his team have given excellent advice and have fully prepared the bikes ready for take off.  Anyone based around Chichester should always use them for a really first class bike experience.
