Novotel at Charles DeGaulle was the worst, least organized hotel I can imagine, after getting off our 7 hour flight from JFK, we waited almost an hour for their "free" shuttle, which never arrived, we then paid a taxi to take us to the hotel. The hack was a totl scam artist who turned on the meter then went to openly bitch about us to his hack friends while our meter was running, he then did two circles around the airport before dropping us at "Novotel". When I pointed out to him that I knew he was screwing us, and that I wanted change for my already overpriced ride, he tried to charge us for our carry-on's. It then turned out that he dropped us at the wrong hotel. Turns out that there are two Novotels and although we showed the driver the address, he decided to take us to the wrong one. Novotel then said that we would have to pay for another taxi, because the shuttle couldn't come get us because we had luggage !!???!!??, So $40 later, we finally got to our hotel room. No appologies, no offer to refund us the taxi fares, just horrible horrible service. DO NOT STAY HERE!!
