Donna and Alan decided that they were going to keep us hostage and make us eat more Bluebell Ice cream.. We tried a new flavor for desert after dinner, No sugar added strawberries and cream boy it was good. Just as good as the other flavors. They decided if they keep giving me different flavors of Bluebell ice cream then I might stay for several weeks as long as the flavors hold out. We decide that we would leave after dinner tomorrow and plan on getting as far as Lake Charles. That way we would only have 2 five hours driving days to get to Adrienne and John's place. We are looking forward to one more day with the Bilgers.
God Bless all the makers of Blue Bell ice cream and the happy cows who made the cream that goes into the ice cream. Bless Chelsea and her swimming team, may they always have a sense of team spirit.
Donna already took Chelsea to swimming practice and was beack by the time we were up and running around 8a.m. this morning. When I went out back to get clean clothes from the trunk of the car, Mrs. Gray greeted me. Mrs. Gray is Chelsea's horse. She insisted that I come over and give her a few pets on the nose. After getting dressed we treated Donna to breakfast at Ihop this morning. We all ran several errands to pick up some stuff for Chelsea to have as snacks on her swim team trip (5 day trip) leaving tomorrow morning . Dave was talked into making some of his finger licking BBQ Ribs, so we picked up what was needed for Dinner. Alan came home for dinner earlier than expected (he wanted to be sure we all didn’t eat all the ribs before he got home.) Donna told me that Chelsea still had the picture of the Guardian Angel that I gave her when she was a baby. Chelsea still keeps it over the head of her bed. She is, now happy to now know who the is person who gave it to her. She is such a sweet young lady and I’m proud to have been a part of her life and will always be a special person to her
