A 11 hour flight and then an 8 hour lay over in Los Angeles this is the part of travelling you can do without. Still a 5 hour flight to go. Watched 3 very ordinary films, ate some ordinary food and am now trying to catch some sleep on some very uncomfortable seats at LAX
