It was time to leave Lovina but before we headed straight for Tirtagangga we had a half day scuba diving booked. It was only an introductory dive but we were allowed to dive to 12 metres which was enough to see the Tulamben shipwreck. It was a really good experience and definitely something I want to repeat when I get to the Great Barrier Reef. As soon as we were done we jumped on the bus to Tirtagangga which was a small rural village. We headed out for a walk around the rice fields and on the way we went to the community centre to see local children performing a traditional Balinese dance. After, we headed to the Water Palace where the pools are fed by natural underground springs and ate dinner at a restaurant nearby.
