Elephants!

the other entry was short and quick and no doubt with a lot of spelling mistakes so i'll try make this one a little better. ok so sunday was the day tour to phi phi, it was just amazing. i wish i could upload my photos but my laptop wont connect to their wireless cos its stupid (thanks chris hehe) so no photos yet. monday we... um shit, i've already forgotten what we did! monday was oh just checking out the sights and sounds, on sunday night i had gone with some crazy perth women so they could show me some good places to shop, so i took the girls back there on monday and monday night we were exhausted, tess got into bed about 5.30 and didnt rise til 7am the next morning so al and i watched some of the great quality movies we bought from some dodgy dude down an alleyway.
Tuesday morning... just awesome, elephant safari trek. we got there and drove up to the 'mountains' and met the elephants and was on them for 45 minutes. then we got to feed them lotsa fruit, they weigh about 3000kgs and eat around 250kgs a day!! then we got to pat the baby elephants. i got up and got an elephant kiss - the handler tells her 'kiss, kiss' and he puts his trunk on your cheek and sucks. it kinda tickled but was so rough! so then we fed them too and patted them. baby ones are really really hairy, very coarse long hair, very cute but kinda gross. in the afternoon lizzie (a good friend from school) and her boyfriend flew in and came to visit. they have been travelling for a couple months in vietnam and india. it was great to see her, so just dinner and a few drinks. tonight, julie is arriving, very very excited about that! so i think more dirnks are in order. today we went shopping, issy mikaye perfume (amanda, i paid $55 rather than stupid $130 duty free..!), a tshirt, cute purses, a cute handmade bag, a fake handbag, about 40 dvds plus all the seasons of grey's, ncis and entourage. and mum dont have a heartattack, i didn't but that ALL today. i've still got heapsa money... well, maybe not heaps but enough! im loving the comments i got about my last entry so please write back and tell me whats going on! love to you all, missing everyone xx
