Grateful for you

This phrase was how our spiritual teacher, Kriyananda, would greet people in the morning. We are here in a quiet, peaceful beautiful oak forest next to an amazing garden attempting to stay warm. This fall has taken us to some amazing out of the way locations in the northwest and western states for which we are grateful.
We are grateful for the sounds of the coastal waters of the pacific to winds over the inlets of Puget Sound, for vast, wide fresh water rivers flowing hundreds of miles out to the sea. For the high, snow capped peaks in central Nevada and eastern sierra, for the aspen forests and sage brush plains, still waters, rushing waters, vista's as far as our eyes could see. For the 4 legged critters roaming all over and the winged critters flying above
This photo to the left was taken of me (yes the tiny stick on top of ridge) by Sraddha with her iPhone. We were in the Steens mountains of southeastern Oregon early october. Such a beautiful isolated spot in the USA
We are grateful for the many beautiful moments we have had with many of you great souls this year; for the great wonderful responses to our blog posts and comments on photos. For our meets in the middle of nowhere and phone calls and texts. Thank you all for supporting our travels.
We now prepare to head to, hopefully, warmer, drier climates in the desert southwest. We will be in Tucson area with friends over the Christmas holidays but first will head to southern California to say hello to Mickey & Minnie and take care of some personal business then perhaps explore some new areas we haven't been in the RV before heading to the Sonoran Desert for deep winter.
We wish you all the best and hope to connect with many of you as we travel around,
