The next day we toured Prague. Did I say this city is beatiful already? I can't remember. Everywhere that we went we did not see any dumpy areas. The buildings, the river, the parks, even the alleys were all pretty cool to see. (except one dumpy alley we saw in the ghost tour)....ewwww...ghost tour. We revisited the Charles bridge and the old square with the clock. Apparently the clockmakers eyes were gouged out because the rulers did not want him to make anything as beautiful for any other city.

We spent the day buying souveniers and touring some sites. The language barrier was a little more prevalent in Prague than the other places we went. We went to the oldest Jewish synagogue in Europe by paying a hefty fee. We saw all there was to see in 2 minutes flat. Luckily we attached ourselves to a tour lady and spent a little more time learning about the jewish culture. Did you know that women are still not allowed inside the synagogue with the men? They have these one foot windows that they can hear and peek through...and that corridor was added later. We went to the Jewish cemetary, the dancing building, and then more souvenier shopping. Turn on vacuum, insert money.

After checking out at the hotel we were off to the airport, bound for London. Everyone was extremely tired at the airport. The airport wasn't fun. Dinner was a pain because everything was closed, the people were rude, and the bathroom sinks were suck. I couldn't find the water switch. What could I do with soap everywhere and no water? Try to wipe the soap off with paper towel. Except the towels would just rip in small pieces and stick to my hands....grr.

Classic examples of rudeness.

Chelsea: 'Ham and cheese sandwich please?'
Guy: Here, its not ham and cheese it has lots of salami on it too.
Chelsea: I don't like salami.
Guy: Heres two more, pick one.
Chelsea: Whats on these?
Guy: Here's the menu.

Classic examples of funnyness.

Glen: Hen I hmile my hace hets suhk...translation...When I smile my face gets stuck. (all said with a big open mouth smile frozen on his face)

Glen: No wonder the younger generation sucks face all the time...look at grandma and grandpa!

John could not stop laughing. I have never seen him laugh that hard before.

Exit Prague.
