Well we're away. We flew out of Brisbane at 11:59pm last night and arrived in Malaysia at 6am this morning. Took another hour to fight through peak hour traffic to get to our hotel in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. After travelling all night it was welcome surprise to find that our rooms were ready to move into straight away instead of waiting until 2pm.
After a quick breaky we were off into the traffic and smells that reminded us of our previous trips through Indonesia. The language is also very similar so our (very) limited Indo vocabulary got a workout too.
Found a great place for dinner that fed the five of us for less than $25.What a feast!
Tomorrow we go to the Petronas Twin Towers then China Town later in the day.
